Exchange Policy

We understand your need for product exchanges. While we don’t accept returns, we offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value within the "Shop Owner's Small Business Shop". The product must have the original TAGS still attached and show no wear or tear.

The Exchange Process

1. Initiate an exchange by contacting our customer support team at the appropriate location within 5 days of receiving your product.

2. You have two options for the exchange:
a. Mail-in Exchange: Mail the product back to the BrickCity of your original purchase. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue you a Coupon Code through email for the value of the returned item to be used at the "Shop Owner's Small Business Shop" you made your purchase. This coupon code is valid for 30 days from the original purchase date.
b. In-Person Exchange: You may also choose to exchange the product in person at the appropriate physical location. Please make sure to visit the location where the original purchase was made.

3. Complete the exchange process within 30 days of the original purchase.

4. Note that products and coupon codes from BrickCity Fort Smith and BrickCity Fayetteville are not interchangeable. You must exchange the product at the store where the original purchase was made.
